Naval engineering

 

Serigi Engineering Srl provides naval design services related to:

  • Classification Plans
  • Coordination plans of hull structure
  • Coordination plans of systems and outfitting inside/outside the engine room
  • Detail engineering of hull structure
  • Workshop documentation (basic specification list, nesting of sheet metal for prefabrication) pre-assembly, and assembly of hull and outfitting, including eventual data loading in customer planning systems
  • Studies and design for specific equipment
  • Functional design and executive designs for boats and pleasure boating, including composite materials and wood
  • Project management

 

The development of naval engineering is carried out using advanced CAD 3D systems and specific applications, in the Bentley Microstation and Autocad, Rhinoceros, Alma operating environment.

It is also possible to integrate our network with CAD (CAD, modelling, CAM) and customer ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for direct data import, real-time shared development activity and link with dedicated pin-to-pin network connections.

Relying on internal staff and stable partnerships with external companies, Serigi Engineering Srl alone can deploy approximately 30 senior and junior designers and engineers.

The collaboration with our major customers in this industry is co-design and is carried out in most cases in collaboration with other companies in the Consorzio Nord Est Engineering, to provide a complete service from basic engineering design to sea trials, in all the specialties of naval design.

Serigi Engineering Srl is committed to the development of systems and manufacturing methods for shipyards (cranes, handling systems, ecological plants)
